Position Description:

The Markham Chinese Baptist Church is seeking to recruit a full time Lead English Pastor to join our current team of 6 pastoral staff and about 900 regular congregants.

The Lead English Pastor will provide pastoral leadership in the development of ministries in the English Division, which has regular attendance of about 250 congregants of diverse age groups.

The candidate must be a theological school graduate, has excellent communication skills in English, with ministry experience in serving a diverse English congregation in North America.
